What We Do

We Build Events That Build Communities

Caldera Impact partners with island communities to create and scale outdoor events that generate income, spark tourism, and enhance local pride. Our work goes beyond the finish line — from reopening roads, to reviving dormant trails, to training community teams to manage their own events.

Each project blends:
– Adventure tourism
– Trail running and outdoor sport
– Cultural immersion
– Local economic development

Whether it’s a high-impact run on an active volcano or a coastal trek that puts a forgotten village back on the map, we turn local landscapes into global experiences.
