YASUR VOLCANO RUN 2025 – PARTICIPANT DECLARATION & WAIVER
I, the undersigned, hereby declare that I am in good physical health and fully capable of participating in the 2025 Yasur Volcano Run. I understand the physical demands of this event and confirm that I have no known medical conditions or limitations that would prevent me from safely completing the course.

I acknowledge that participation in this event is undertaken entirely at my own risk. I accept full personal responsibility for my health, safety, and physical preparedness during the event.

I also understand that the race route will pass through custom-owned lands and local villages, and by signing this declaration, I agree to:

Be culturally respectful at all times

Follow the guidance of local stewards, village leaders, and organisers

Avoid any behaviour that may be considered disrespectful or inappropriate in the local context

Furthermore, I acknowledge that:

The Yasur Volcano Run Organising Committee declines all responsibility in the event of accident, injury, loss, or damage sustained during my participation.

I waive any claims of liability against the organisers, landowners, volunteers, and associated parties arising from my involvement in this event.

As a registered participant in the 2025 Yasur Volcano Run, I also grant the event organisers full permission to capture, use, and reproduce any photographs, video footage, or other imagery featuring me, taken during the course of the event. I understand that such images may be used in promotional materials, publications, media broadcasts, and digital platforms in perpetuity, without compensation.
